Jairus Bondoc and accomplice Ruel Mindoro deleted a client website and another client web application. Ruel was referred to my organization by Jairus Bondoc of NMG and was not working his full time hours then made some suggestion of being put to part time while taking two weeks of 'vacations' upon return demanded to be paid for this time off that was not authorized. When told he would not be paid for this time he stole and then deleted the sites and will not answer any further communications.
