RTVL/Antiaging Cream

I saw ad online to get sample of creme for $4.95 shipping only. I received cream in mail and there was no paperwork what so ever. I had forgotten I had asked for sample and took a few days to figure out.
Then Aug 12th got another jar of same creme. Then I got my cc statement and had two charges for creme. Called and disputed charges after mailing back product. I had NEVER signed up for monthly delivery let alone know what the cost was. I disputed chgs with cc co. I am being refunded the charge for second jar/delivery but RTVL says no to first charge. I am calling a supervisor tomorrow. His name is (so I am told) Andrew Smith. 877-316-1865 ext. 2430. Said to call between 10 A.M. And 3 P.M. Eastern time. What a scam this is... Can't believe I got caught up in it.
