Purchased Bobby Big Pants spice rubs last month. There were no invoices in product box telling me that I was going to have 3 equal payments of $17.95 for this stuff. There was no information on how to cancel or that I needed to cancel my $1 free trial. When I read the Ad that must have been very, very fine print as I don't spend this kind of money on spices.

I called their customer service and was told that I would receive a refund of $17.95. None of the original S&H and none of the $15 that it will take to send it back. I was told that my refund would take place 24 to 48 hours after receipt of package. The product is good but the cost and the advertising are very deceptive.
