On August 10 I applied and paid 495.00 for house insurance to Adriana's Insurance. August 13 the Topa Insurance Company sent me a notice of rejection and they said to get the refund of my money from Adriana's Office.By August 16 (my birthday) I spent all my hours in their office to resolve this. They promise a refund of 495.00 will be given to me at their office on August 19 (Monday). I came to their office (August 19) and they did not return my money for the reason they can't find the lady in charge to cut a check for me, from their Corporate office. The accounting lady was missing. So they promise again this Tuesday August 20. Now its Tuesday 2:29 am. I decided to write this complain because I can't sleep until I get my refund. On August 10... It only took 10 seconds for them to take my money from my bank. Now that they have to return my money they can't give it back to me. Do I have to beg to get my money back from them?
