No delivery or answer or refund for 6 months!

I ordered 6 bottles of Nuvoryn and 6 bottles of Puriance Cleanser 17 March, and as of today 20 Aug I have still not received the Nuvoryn. I did receive the Puriance about a month ago, but after reading the bad press on the products, I want a refund for both orders. I have shipped the Puriance back to the return address, I have emailed 9 times, I have spoken to their call centre 6 times, and as of today I have had NO response at all.
Does this not constitute? The money was taken from my credit card within seconds of placing the order on line, but 6 months later I still do not even get communication, let alone the products I paid for.
I want my money back and am willing to take it legal if need be - but therein half the problem, who do I even address legal action to? As nobody seems to even know who, where or what this company is!
Has any body had any luck at all? If so, please share your story.
