I watched their infomercial and offered free shipping and handling if called with in the time frame so i did. I went trough the prompts which was very confusing I could have ordered 3 or more books by mistake but I was extra careful. Through the process at the end it clarified I did get free shippng and handling. Before hanging up I wanted to talk to some one about my order to make sure I was not being sent more than 1 book. Even worse the person whom I spoke to was trying to sell me other things and I had to tell him at least 3 times all I wanted to do was moke sure my order was correct and apparently he wasn't happy with that as was snooty with me after. Finally he said is was one book with free shipping and rudely hung up on me. Later my bill showed up and sure enough I was charged for shipping and handling and am being told it will be another month before my order gets here. I told the guy what the promotion was about and he said I misunderstood what was said, insulting of course and I replied I would have not placed the order if sthere would have been a shipping charge. I requested my money back on the s/h or to refund my complete order. He said he could not do that and offered a 5 dollar credit. It is what it is and this is not what I bought into. "Buyers beware"
