I ordered the product and returned it as indicated on the web page information. I called customer service to cancel the production and the monthly charges. They refused to cancel it. I contacted my VISA Debit Card company and they investigated and credited my account for the original $159 order.
However, now I am receiving a monthly debit charge of $9.47 since June. I called the 800 number and got the same run around telling me I have a contract with the company... Even thought it was cancelled and I've received no products from them.
