I was promised a refund from this company for the past three months. I call frequently but I am still waiting. There are promises of a refund within the first thirty days of purchase. There is only a 1-800 number on the site. One time I used the "service" to clean up my PC and I was still waiting by the phone six hours later for the issue to be resolved and when companies have access to the inside of our machines they can most likely plant a problem-wouldn't this make sense? Do not buy this companies claims or services. You will get nothing but a runaround.
