I signed up with eStoreBuilder—initially paid $4.95 and was informed that I'll have to pay
$27 subscription monthly.
I then paid $49.27 $9.95 for i still do not know what &
I then again paid $197 for a template re: "PRO Green"
The very next day the price dropped to $97 and they also did NOT acknowledge that in fact bought a PRO-Template.
I then asked for at least a refund for the 100$ paid too much the previous day—not up till now.
I NEVER get a reply from them from mails or
tickets!
I would like to make report about VERY poor business practices from a company that deals with customer funds and would very much want a refund of all my $262.16 paid to them.
