I received a phone call today promising me a $2.5 million award, but I had to go to Walmart and buy a $99 MoneyGram. I have been receiving these calls for weeks. I contacted the PA State Police, and they agreed that these are scams. These calls come from Jamaica according to my caller ID. Last week they called 13 times because I wouldn't answer the phone after I hung up the first time. Every time they call, it's a different company and a different prize, but they always require some money card paid by me.
