Ripoff

I got taken by these people too. I recieved a call from "george" on dec 1. I thought the call was froma complany i just applied for a card from so i listened to him. Well on the 8th of dec. They took money from my account and i still recieved nothing but alot of vague answers from the customer service dept. I then looked them up and found all the complaints on here and became alarmed, so my wife is currently following the suggestions on this website for getting our money back. And i also filed a complaint with the ftc at ftc. Gov so hopefully something will happen to this parasite of a company.
