I bought my tickets last year. They gave me options to Dominican Republic, cabo, cancan, etc. They told me that my vacation was set. I didn't understand that we would have to pay for additional transportation. I kept calling and calling to see when i am going to receive my confirmation and she said she had sent it to me and never did. Her name is gayle Moore. Please, my heart hurts knowing the fact that this company is doing this to many of us!!! This is not fair. =[[[[ I already bought airline tickets and my vacation is in a couple days. I didn't know that I'd have to go through this!!! =[[
