I answered an ad on the computer for a sample of this product. They sent me the sample that I paid for, but then, the following month, a charge of $92.00 USD was charged to my bank account.
I want this money back into my account. I am on a limited income. The phone number on the card that was sent with the second shipment of this product is: 1-877-251-1076. I did contact the company and told them that I wanted my money back, that I had not authorized the withdrawal, but the answer that I received was that they "would be glad to send me another shipment. The person that I talked to was foreign and I couldn't even hardly understand him. I know that he didn't understand what I was trying to tell him.
