To make it short. I've been waiting until now, it's been 2 months they haven't shipped my order. I contacted customer service, told me they don't know where the package was and told me they've ALREADY ISSUED A STORE CREDIT for my next purchase (without shipping cost that I paid). RIDICULOUS!!!

To sum it up: Once you have bought something from their website, your money is GONE. Even if they've made a mistake, they won't give you a full refund.

They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS! I really felt bad with this one.
