Same old story, was surfing on line for a car loan. Then this 300.00 showed up in my checking account. When tried to call hydra all i got was the run around. To this date havent paid back, they refused to take money back. Now they say i owe 1100. Oo for late fees. 300.00 loan i dint even require about, or auth. They tried to scam my checking acount for the total amount. I stopped payment on all there trans action. Finally had to close account. It was a big headache
but kept them from scamming me. Now all i get is threatening phone calls stating im getting arested or going to court. Bring it on. Im standing my ground and i will return the 300.00 but thats it. And a rule to the wise never pay them with a new debt card or a prepaid one. The prepaid is not trace able.
Pay by money order or a cashier's check and send by certified mail. And course they wont give you a address, been down that road. It just a waiting game...
