I got linked in with profinity when I got a free credit check back in October. Today I just happen to be setting up an nonlinear account for the card I used and found out that Profinity has been charging me for two memberships this whole time. Today when I tried to resolve this issue they were less than helpful.in fact they put me on hold for quite awhile then ended the call. The next young lady told me I was not double charged and when I told her I was looking at the statement she hung up on me. The third call put me on hold for a suppervisor that never picked up and after 48 minutes and 26 seconds that call ended too. These people are thieves in a business that supposed to protect you.
