A business is cold called with an advertising deal using the Fire Service or The Police Federation as the benefactor. Apparently they record the conversation and trick you into being interested. Although nothing has been signed, they say a contract was made. Many phone calls and letters later they promise a court case. This often traps people into paying for the advert. The advertisement is often found on the internet and that is where they get the details from.
