Trial offer... Never arrived... Got billed 2 months later for the FULL COST OF 2 PRODUCTS
PURASILK BELLAGENIX... $89.99 US DOLLARS EACH $ 4.95 S H.
Tried to call the phone number on my debit card statement... Reached a nursing home in Southern Florida.
Then July 30 I got email notification that another product got ordered shipped July 30.
I immediately phoned the number given in the email. This time I got customer service.
But they refused to give any refund on the money mentioned above, and they only offered me 25% of the 2x $ 69.99 they were going to charge me on the product they supposedly shipped yesterday (July 30).
As "compensation" they had the gall to offer me another "trial package" of some gas coupons, or $ 25 Canadian Tire gift cards... I clearly said "NO" a few times. Hope it sticks.
