Ordered from website to ship to the uk, paid for post and package, have a shipping statement and a paid for statement and the money has been taken from my account but I have not received the item and can not get through via phone as it claims to be disabled. Sent an email but have heard nothing from them. Its almost been 2 weeks and I was informed on checkout that it woukd take 2-3days.
