Ordered 4 books from Crafters Choice Bookclub and have not received my books. They keep promising a refund that 2 months later, has not been issued. I keep getting stall tactics. I've never had a problem with them in the past but apparently they are in the midst of a change and nothing seems to be working. I paid via Paypal and that's a whole other story for another day.
