I do not have too much more to add...
My story is exactly like Kathy's and the others listed! I ordered my flooring through AHF (880sq. Ft.) in early November. I paid for it direct wire... STUPID, STUPID, STUPID!!! However, it gets worse. I even paid $150 extra. I was told that if I did so, I would be guaranteed delivery in 14-17 days! Needless to say that didn't happen. The brush off's, hang-ups and repeated lack of ANY respect that a normal, reputable company would give continue today.
KATHY... I would LOVE to get in touch with you regarding this matter - try me through the rebuttal key or the editor of this site. I am also communicating with an individual in California who is currently being ripped off by this "company."
Unfortunately, there are many of us out there! Buyer beware! I found this website too late, but I hope it will help others to avoid our heartache and financial loss!
I was informed that the owners name is Richard Ferrante! Is it Miller or Ferrante? Or is he using both names? &Good Grief!!! I also "purchased" my flooring through the Atlanta office. We have repeatedly attempted to contact Richard Ferrante/Miller at his Las Vegas office and... You guessed it, we've been repeatedly hung up on!
