Sir,
I am from India. I ordered a product on www.shopclues.com which is sent by courier when i opened the courier there is product in that courier there are torn papers and some books. I complained to that website i got reply from them to mark my mail to support desk i marked my mail as they said they marked that complaint as it is solved but i got no reply from them or money or my product. Please sir help me suggest me what i have to do with this.
