My husband purchased the bodytrim system paying in full at the initial contact. I have been a bit lax in checking our credit card statement and only noticed on this months bill a charge of $29.90 for IGEA LIFE SCIENCES SYDNEY. I rang the organisation who told me that my husband was notified of the additional charges which I do not believe. I checked with my husband who has told me that he did not agree to any additional funds being from our account. The woman on the phone told me that I could not speak to her supervisor, so I have given them 24 hours to contact me back and I will be demanding a refund of the charges or I will be going to the media with this complaint.
