I called and was told they were a part of microsoft and that they were answering the phone for ATT. Would give us a guarantee for all things computer for 3 years and then when I called in with more problems they would fix everything for as long as we had a computer. They did some things but never to the amount they promised. 399.00x 2 on Oct 7 & 599.00 on 2-01
