I purchased a conversion kit to convert a VW bug to all electric. The cost of the kit was $5845.00. The components were broken down in a list and the cost and shipping charges of each component was listed.included in this kit was a PFC-1500 144 volt smart charger witch cost $795.00 $20.00 shipping. I never received this charger. I made many phone calls to Brian Barret, 801-628-6509 and each time I spoke with him he would say he'd check and let me know. He never once called me about it. I had to purchase one somewhere else. I've complained to the BBB of Utah but they say he would never respond to their questions. I would like to get a refund of the above amount. He's scamming people who are trying to conserve energy.
