This product is TOTAL garbage, worse than any cheap non stick pan you ever owned. On the second use ALL the food stuck and was thrown out the third use my nylon spatula removed some of the coating. I followed the cleaning instructions to the letter. Did i take it back for a refund HELL NO i threw it away lesson learned on television advertised items.
