Same as everybody else's complaint. I just came to the final conclusion that it was a scam on Friday, when I was supposed to receive my refund because I couldn't afford to send the 2nd payment they asked for. What a horrible ordeal this has been. My heart goes out to everybody else this has happened to. I filed a report with my local police station and the Internet Crimes division of the FBI. Ic3. Gov
