I ordered the trial samples of Lorelia and Alore, which was supposed to only cost me 5.99 S&H for each product. I did not receive any trial sizes but got a package with the full size products, and have been charged over 130.- on my credit card. I spoke to the company who told me that I agreed to their terms, of receiving the products monthly. I did not agree to those terms, so got my credit card company to intervene, but was told that I should have read the company policy, as it states that info on their web page. This company is a SCAM, and it seems that our credit card companies can't do anything. This is false advertising, as they don't send any trials but the full sized product. This is unethical, and this company are thieves. I will never, ever order anything again on line.
