I was reading my email when his cosmetic ad came up. I was reading the ad & it looked good. I thought ok at the price, what could I lose, a pop up came up saying the product was now only $2.99. I thought wow that's great, so I ordered this cream & serum with it saying it's a trial to see if you like it. I ordered them & 3 days later they arrived in my mail. Then thinking no more about it, i started using them, they felt good on my skin. I was happy. I received my credit card statement & was charged $6.27 & $6.25 on June 19th for these items. On July 3rd I was charged $104.92 & $102.22 for these items. I have not received anymore of these creams. I have phoned them to inquire why I was charged these prices but all I received was if you want to cancel then cancel. They were very rude on the phone to me. Today I wrote to them today online with a customer service personal & they told me to call the phone the people I had already talked to. Never got a straight answer.
