I received a call from Mr. Rajiv (Mobile No. 08826488638) in connection with an old dispute with Bagit today for Rs. 11998/- He promised that Vacations Gate way, though whom the payment was made to Bagit today, will be resolving the issue and the amount is being refunded to me in my credit card account. He also offered me that the laptop and blackberry mobile originally offered by Bagit today, will also be sending to me provided I purchase two holiday package of Rs. 6949/- each, to which I agreed. He also promised me a 42 inch samsung LED TV, as a gift, if I purchase another two holiday packages of Rs. 6949/- each, to which also I agreed and paid a total amount of Rs. 27796/-. Thorough my credit card (Transaction ID No. 1374661053713/1374660774723/1374653078775/ 1374653247739. When I enquired about my free gifts, I was informed me that there is no such scheme and it was turned out to be a false promise. Now I do not want to avail this scheme and would like to cancell the same and get the full amount refunded.

In view of the above, I request your goodself to get my amount of Rs. 27796/- 11998/- and credit back the same to my credit card account at the earliest.
