I have been contacted by this Japanese Brokerage Company in Sept. 2010 for Investments in non listed Company. After a first small success (3,000 USD), other investments (end 2010 to mid 2012) did not work out, so they proposed to shift in Sept. 2012 my holdings to an another company called "Rubber Research Group" registered in BVI and where apparently something very exciting was going to happen soon. The only problem: to achieve selling process of my shares from this company, I had to increase my investments, which I did several times. Story about it was that an investor was trying to buy a majority of the shares of RREG at a much higher price. 2 weeks ago (beginning of July), Kyodo proposed to me to sell my shares to this investor, with a simple process; 1 seller, 1 Purchaser buying with private funds, fully guaranteed transaction. But again - one week ago - after clearance of my last sent funds, a new change: Purchaser cannot use its private funds anymore, so that he has to obtain a Bank Credit Line; AND THIS LINE requires a large security deposit in RREG Shares, to be paid by the Customer, i.E. Me. Of course I could have been tempted to do the deal in order to save my former investment, particularly, but investment is not reachable, and my head several experiences with KYODO tell me that I should not do the deal which looks like a permanent "Boiling Room" and obviously a full financial disaster for me. What do you recommend? How to recover some achieved Investments? How to initiate communication about it and maybe some legal actions?
