Fictious NC DMV Site. For License

I had to change drivers license adressand thought it was nc dmv site, just found out today it was a fictious site. From the real ncdmv.org i have my account with credit union here in north carolina. Roxboro, nc 27573. Myb phone number is (personal information removed) i was told to call this number aobut this issue. I wouldike a reponse please to this matter
