I placed an order for a deck & t-shirt for my son on 6/10. I sent several emails, with no reply, asking for shipping confirmation. I received an email from Paul Allen at info@brenguard.com apologizing for the lack of response and said they are a new company and my order is probably on back order and that if I don't get my shipment in 5 weeks from the initial order date, they will refund my money and still send me the shipment as their "sorrowful gift" It's now 7/25 and they have not responded to my email asking for the refund. I have asked my credit card company to reverse the charges. Do not purchase anything from brenguard— they are scamming your childen and giving false promises of sponsorship.
