Unidentified $12.97 Charges on Credit Card Since October

I have been trying to find out who *IC FreeShipping is for months. They have been taking $12.97 out of my credit card account since October.

I tried to get my bank to check into it, but because I do not know the name of the company other than *IC FreeShipping, and I have no address or phone number, they have not been able to help me or stop them from taking the money. I still do not know what I should do to get them to stop.
