On july 1st 2013 i had an unauthorized charge from my wellsfargo checking acct, i immediately filed a claim in july 2nd, and was given a claim number at that time, wellsfargo rep had also advised me to wait between 7-10 business days for the result, then on july 9th when i called back they advised me to wait for 3 more days, but at that time they did generate a new claim number which i never authorized, so i called the third time same thing happened, just wait and there is a new claim number again, so i got 3 different claim numbers, then on july the 16 i received a letter from wellsfargo saying they cant not reimburse my business acct due to i report it too late but the letter referencing the different claim number, totally different than the first one that i filed on july 2nd.
Today i called again and talk to their resolution department and basicly was told that there is no way for them to get that money back, because small business owner dont have the protection from FDIC, this is ridiculuos because let say this is true why didnt advice me that when i first open a business checking with them, yep liar, listen wellsfargo your bank is more like a robbery, you dont care who is suffering, as long as it is not you. I will definitely pursuing a law suit because each time i called your claim department, each time i was told a different thing, at this point there is no hope for me to recover my loss due to the fact that wellsfargo bank is just lile another scam company, they dont give (Inappropriate Content Removed).
