I completed a survey and was offered a "free" product, for which I paid shipping. I have since been charged monthly fees for product not requested shipped or received.
I contacted the customer service number and was talking with a very unhelpful person. They have stated that I will not be sent more product (!), but the current charges will not be removed from the credit card.

Beware of this SCAM!
