Got telephone call whilst at work and spoke to 3 different people who assured me they would deal with a PPI claim and also Mortgage claim but would I pay them an upfront fee from my credit card which I did - I have emailed the Company and await a response - they have put me in touch with a company called synergy who are dealing with the claim for me and I have also emailed them asking them to help me get this money reimbursed. However, I dont think this will happen and I am so angry with myself for falling for such a thing
