Worst service eve

On 7/22 I entered szabos shoe store in rocky river Ohio to purchase at least 3 pairs of shoes. The reason I selected this store is because of the issues I have with my feet and the szabos web site states we specialize in wellness and supportive shoes. We are one of the few stores in Cleveland where you can get properly fitted and you can do more damage to your feet BY NOT WEARING THE PROPER SIZE. Also states our staff are trained to help make the right decision in footwear for specific needs. There were two associates in the store when I walked in and no other customers. After ten minutes of looking I had to ask them for help they never greeted me or asked if I needed help. I asked to try on a pair of shoes he asked what size I wore. I asked can you measure my feet he asked just tell me what size you have on I said 11 2e. He brought out a pair of shoes put them on my feet I walked around and they were really sloppy and wide. I asked him to feel them on my feet for proper size he barley touched them and said there good. I asked what size they were he said 114e I asked for 112e when I asked why 114e he said that's all I have I told him that's not my size. There was no reply from him. I was in there for about 50 minutes and he hardly spoke to me. This was the worst service ever there knowledge of shoes and fitting shoes are poor. When I left the store I said thank you and neither of the associates responded.
