Miscellaneous

This company should be shut down for deceit, deception, and clearly avoiding the legal system and its statues. I attended a presentation for a travel club. "Crystal Travel" to be exact.in exchange for my time I was promised a series of gifts which all were free. Well that A. Is a lie! But, that is not the point here... After the presentation I was talking to a friend who said she had also went to the same presentation a few months before and got gifts very similar. Well, I scanned my gift brochures to her and sure enough... She had the same exact ones, SAME COMPANIES, different states. A COMPLETE FRAUD! It looks like they got too much heat from Florida and now decided to moved to South Carolina. Oh and it gets better... To test my theory... I sent in the processing fee (with the intentions if they played any games I was and now am going to nail them) and SURE ENOUGH. Florida post marked on the way back. Can someone tell me how this is legal!?!? They also are operating Sunrise Travel doing the similar thing. I did a basic business license search and it seems like "Justin Mackler" or "Macklet" (as he put it in south carolina) is the mastermind behind all this fraud. Please everyone look into this and report them! Lets get them shut down! I will also be going to both BBB's, both state AG's, and contacting a lawyer. This is a blatant scam.
