I am writing on behalf of my Aunt. She purhcased (2) of these hoses, and when using them, one of them leaked. When I wanted to get her money back, they had no proglem with that, but less $17.97 P/h. What a rip off! So, she paid $44.02 and would only get back $26.04. They had the nerve to say that she has to pay for the P/H to return the hoses. THey only send out a pre-paid return label if you want a replacement. First of all, she is 83 years old and has no transportation to get to the post office. Which means that she would have to pay for a taxi for both ways!!! I'm guessing it's better to keep returning the hoses!
