Capital Choice Consumer Credit
Card rip off

I applied to capital choice consumer credit thinking i was getting a regular credit card. I didn't know you had to actually put a down payment on purchases. Also, i sent them a $39.00 check, but in checking my account they didn't deposit the check, somehow it came out of my account as an automatic payment and they did it twice (once in january and again in february) so now i have paid $78.00. And i don't have a phone number to call them. I hope you can help me get my money, because i do not want this credit card.
