I ordered some products on line, the order says "Processing" since June 16 when I placed it, I have neither received the merchandise (it's now over a month later) nor a response to my multiple emails and phone calls. They say always that their "customer service" chat is off line and that they will respond as soon as possible. Is this a scam?
