They debited my checking account without my permission. I did not authorized them to do so. I contacted them for reimbursement, the person who answer the phone, by the way, very hard to understand. He said that I needed to buy a Gree Dot Card for $100.00 and to call him with the information so that he can put the $30.00 back. I told them he was a thieve and I was going to file a complaint with the authorities.
