The company had a Ad on Facebook stating you would receive a 30 day supply of their two products for the cost of shipping around 5.99 USD. This was a special offer, no ther costs were given nor was there any reference to getting subsequent orders, ie automatic shipment and charge on credit card. When the product came, it also quoted the cost which matched what was quoted. It was 15 days later the real charges came through of 96.78 USD for Lorelia = 103.57 Cad and 94.28 USD for Alore=100.90 Cad. I have phoned the Co. To cancel auto shipments and received an email back confirming cancellation but unless MasterCard will be successful in getting my money back I feel this is false advertising and sales. I will be seeing what the company has to say about a refund. I will return any unused portion to them. I would never had signed up for the product if they had disclosed the actual costs.
