I purchased 4 bottles of this and after a week with no weight loss, I called them to complain. No instructions with order or phone number. I had to go to web site to get phone number. They told me to keep taking, that it sometimes took 2 weeks, then after 3weeks, I called them back to get a refund, they advertised money back guarantee. They told me no. But I could send back two unopened bottles and thy would review it. But could only get one half of money back less shipping. These people are real scam artist, I thought with dr. Oz on there ad it would be ok.
