I have called so many times, been hang -up on, been put on hold for hour & they took money from my visa twice. IT should of been only $59.95 they took 108.99 & 69.95. I get off hold of them on the 3rd, told them what happen, they give me the run around, they said send the it back, if i COULD i WOULD! I have to get IT 1st, IVE BEEN CALLING EVERY DAY. Its the 18 now!!!
