I get on going phone calls from these men which began in November. I have stopped answering the calls, however they leave a message stating that I or my attorney need to return the call. According to them I have a warrant for my arrest, and they cops will pick me up at my place of business. I was worried when they said this so I called back and they told me that I could solve the matter by paying $360.00. I told them I was unable to pay that amount, he then said I could make two payments. I was told to buy a green dot money pack, I loaded $170.00 and was reading the warnings on the back of the green dot card, I called the number I was given, and spoke to a Stanley Marshal, I began asking questions such as what his operators number was, and the name of his supervisor, he got very angry and started yelling at me I told him if he wanted the code for the card he needed to give me this information... He gave me some numbers which I'm sure were made up, and the name of his supervisor was William Smith. Stupidly I gave them the code, and made arraignments to make the other payment in two weeks. I started receiving calls from them when the two weeks was approaching. I did not answer the calls. I was very suspicious then. I have not answered any more calls, and did not hand over any more of my money to them. I still receive calls constantly from these people, who sound the same, just different names, which are Stanley Marshal, Kevin, William Smith, Bryan Scott, Scott Miller. The phone numbers they use are 817-710-4327,323-786-9848,866-252-6485,347-298-7946, & 202-241-1140. I have saved all their harassing messages. If there is any legal action that is going on with this situation I would like to help. As the message states " all I can do is wish THEM good luck as the situation unfolds on them!"
