We experienced the most unpleasant adventure on our recent trip to Huntington Lake from 7/5 to 7/13 renting an RV from Clovis Calif. Without going into details... I have placed many calls and completed the form to Customer Relations which is what Cruise America suggested I do and still have not heard a word form them. Placed another call to them this morning asking if anyone had received my email since I got no response... There only response was for me to complete the form again. Please don't have this happen to you... Do Not Rent an RV from CRUISE AMERICA.
