Since april i walked into a t mobile retail store. I paid for a phone, simple mobile plan that would fit my budget. I also paid up to september. This company has costed me way over 45.00 a month. Frustrastion, disappointment & stress. I have NEVER EVER dealt with a celluar company that told me soooo many lies & was sooo deceitful as this one. I have had sooo many dropped calls, party lines, bocus phones, poor quaility & customer services. Floor managers after floor managers after CS Reps. As i explain my complaints over & over & over again, they telling me one lie after another. Passing me off from one associate to another. Going from one local t mobile retailer to another with the same issues searching for a solution. What a mess indeed! All i want is my money back for the unused months of august & september. I am simply sick of simple mobile!!! Who are by the way a NOT SO simple mobile company. & just simply liars & deceivers!!! Signed simply disgusted indeed!
