His story is that he lost his wife in the World Trade Center attack and his daughter has been raised in Malaysia by the grandmother.

He claims to be an oil drilling engineer for Chevron working on an offshore oil rig in Scotland and couldn't make it in time to wire money for his daughter's 16th birthday.

He insists the money be wired via Western Union or Moneygram and not through any bank account.

Please beware as this creep preys on women with a heart for sympathy and generosity
